Directors   Brian E. Robertson, BSc.P.Eng., Grad. Dipl. Business Administration, President & CEO Mr. Robertson has over 30 years of experience in corporate management, direction of exploration programs, project management, mine permitting, mine construction and development as well as mine operations and the evaulations or corporate acquisitions.  He served as President of Victory Nickel and Nuinsco Resources and is currently a director of Romios Gold Resources Ltd., Appia Energy Corp.,  Auriga Gold Corp. (formerly "Ursa Major International Inc."), and Gold Bullion Development Corp.

Abraham Drost, M.Sc., P.Geo., Director Mr. Drost is a Professional Geoscientist with 20 years of exploration and development experience.  He is currently President & CEO of Sandspring Resources and a director of Mega Precious Metals.  He was formerly Preident of Sabina Silver Corporation.

Robert S. Tyson, Director Mr. Tyson is a corporate development specialist with 22 years experience in financing and managing public companies. He is currently President & CEO of Cue Resources Ltd.  Previously, he held the role of VP Corporate Development for Solex Resources Corp., Minco Gold Corporation and Minco Silver Corporation. He has also held several senior management positions and directorships with Canadian and U.S. based publicly traded companies with his primary responsibilities being administration, finance and investor relations. Mr. Tyson is also a director of Cue Resources Ltd.  He is also the President of Alcon Exploration Corp. and TransPacific Capital Ltd.

Wayne Moorhouse, Director Mr. Moorhouse is currently VP Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Genco Resources Ltd. Mr. Moorhouse has also acted as the Chief Financial Officer of Andover Ventures and Stealth Energy both of which are publicly listed resource companies. His experience includes negotiating contracts including purchasing mining concessions & mining royalties in Mexico. Mr. Moorhouse is counted on to continue contributing his wealth of practical knowledge & experience to assist the company's operation in Mexico.

Darrell Rader, Director Mr. Rader is currently President & CEO of Minaurum Gold Inc.  He was formerly Manager of Corporate Development of Energold Drilling Corp. and IMPACT Silver Corp.  In addition to Source, he is also a Director of Defiance Capital Corp.  He has been an instrumental member of the team that has built Energold from a small diamond drill rig contractor to the fourth largest publicly traded mineral & metals drilling contractor in the world.  Mr. Rader received a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) from Simon Fraser University.  Mr. Rader has extensive experience working in Latin America.

Ewan S. Downie, Director Mr. Downie is currently the President & CEO of Premier Gold Mines and a director of Mega Precious Metals Inc.  He was formerly President & CEO of Wolfden Resources Inc.  Mr. Downie is also involved with the following companies as a director:  Newstrike Resources Ltd., PC Gold Inc., Benton Resources Corp. and Marksmen Capital Inc.  In 2004, Mr. Downie was part of the exploration team of Wolfden Resources Inc. that received the Prospector & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) 2003 Bill Dennis Prospector of the Year Award.  Mr. Downie was also presented with the 2003 Developer of the Year award from the Northwestern Ontario Prospectors Association.  He also received the Bernie Schnieders Discovery of the Year Award for 2005.
